Return and Exchange Policy
Only damaged item can only be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, and/or exchage it with other item of the same or higher value. If the customer selects the replacement item with higher value and has higher shipping fee, the difference should be paid by the buyer.
The customer will shoulder the return shipping fee. You will need to submit a picture showing where the damage is and described it, all tags and original packaging should still be intact, it must unused and clean. We will verify the condition and will reply back to your message as soon as possible.
